--You can do better if you want peace and quiet!
--This is a very very noisy place with children all the time yelling around the small pool area(at all times of day and into the night especially in the summer.) Adults make plenty of noise at the pool, too. I have often seen people from across the street using our pool at night and they bring several kids with them. I think (or hope) this has stopped, though. My wife and I have lived here from 2006-2009 and it is,. . .an OK kind of place to live. We have already raised our children, so all the kid noises and skateboarding problems may affect us more than other people. I think the skateboarding problems have gotten better so maybe management will put some rules down. There's always lots to fix around here because someone always seems to be moving out. Maintenance guy is always busy. I would enjoy it more and would stay more years if I didn't see so many disagreements between some tenants and management.
