Horrible Experience

If you are looking for an apartment where you can have a piece of mind, THIS IS NOT THE ONE. Why' Here are the reasons:
1. This is a newly built apartment complex with a lot of construction problem. When I moved in, I found no hot water connection in one bathroom, some bedroom have no light, the towel rail was missing, the patio was filled with bugs.
2. If you live in this appartment, you will have to pay higher utility bills than other apartments because the bills does not come from the utility companies, but come from the apartment comlex. In addition to paying for utilities, you also pay a service charge for billing you.
3. If you have kids, this is not the right apartment for you. There are no place in this apartment where your kid can play.
4. This apartment is quite unsafe. The cars in this apartment drives very fast because there are no bumps, speed limit sign, or any other street sign. Your kid can get killed in this apartment.
5. The apartment management tow your vehicle whenever they like even if you park in a place with no parking violation sign.
6. The apartment management has horrible attitude toward you if you say something against them. Then do not even hesitate to say "report to legal" if you say something against them.
7. If you leave the apartment's patio door open, tons of bug enter the house, even bed and bite you.
8. The rent is not commensurate with the quality of service from this apartment.
If you still rent this apartment after this experience, then you are free to do so.
