We lived at this complex in 2004-2005. We were among the first residents and therefore had to endure construction noise, dust and interruptions. Fair enough, we knew that going in.

Management failed to notify us that our unit was not available to move in, I only found out 1-day prior while calling to verify check-in procedure. They put us in a temporary apt for a month and covered moving costs to the correct unit.

Multiple SNAFUs with parking assignment, resolved only by contacting general manager directly. Multiple utterly ridiculous warning letters over petty subjects, such as objects "stored" on porch (a pair of shoes!). Keep in mind that this porch backed up to a hillside, NO ONE could see it except for the landscapers!

Poor noise insulation. Upstairs neighbors could consistently be heard talking, stomping, whatever. I expect more from modern constuction.

Service calls often required repeat visits to truly correct problems.
