Unbelievable rent hike

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
This was a nice place to live until we got the renewal notice. I was shocked to see the rent go up by 20% even for a 12 month extension. For month to month it was clost to 35% hike. This was just downright ridiculous.

All the nice feeling about living in this place for the past 1 year is gone.
