Beware --- Dont live on the first floor!!!

On the outside, the community appears to be very pristine -- from the beautiful pool areas, 24hr gym and nice landscaping, but beware of the following:
I live on the first floor and can hear everything above me and next to me from every foot step, the toilet flushing, the guy above me snoring, having , coughing, ing, etc. The sound apparently travels thru the vents very easily, the construction of the buildings are very poor and there is no privacy when it comes to noise once you are home. Its almost like having a roommate living with you thats not paying rent. I have to blast my t.v. and radio just so I don't go crazy. I have never lived in a place that was so poorly constructed.
The employees don;t care about customer service at all. Your just a number to them
Not only are the walls paper thin, but everywhere I walk outside there is dog poop. There are lots of dogs that live here. There is not enough employees to keep up with the maintenance of the buildings. The staff here lose all of the paperwork I give them and have to give them things twice. This place is way overpriced for what you get. The only plus is the nice area.

I disagree about the staff. I have never had a single problem with paperwork, rent, etc. They have always been very courteous and helpful. There is a brunette (name i can't recall) in the office who has gone above and beyond to help in all of our apartment needs from day one. All other staff members are very helpful too.
