This company is nothing but a bunch of money blood sucking slugs. All the care about is making money and emptying your pocket books. If you rent expect at least a 20% increase within a year. Even though your a good long standing resident they dont care. All they care about is increasing profit and making money> Not a place I would reccoment.

I agree Archstone Pacificview Sucks. I have lived here for 1 1/2 years. Dont be fooled by the beautiful landscaping and pools. The building construction is horrible. Footsteps and pounding is all I hear. After you sign your lease, they dont give a rats a** about you. Now they are building extra garages from where the carports are just for extra $$ .... Please dont rent here ... save yourself a headache.
