just as negative reviews could be by competitors or scumbags who were thrown out, positive reviews i'm finding are often placed by management. be suspicious of perfect 5.0, as these are often designed to distort the average. also be suspicious (as with this complex) of reviews entered the same day, or close to it, that give rave reviews (and cheesy headlines)
