I have lived at Archstone Pacific View for 4 years now. I've gotten to know the staff over the years, and they are all very kind and curteous. Whenever I have a maintenance request, it is completed promptly and with no problems. Archstone is also pretty excellent about modifying their units to accommodate documented disabilities. There are occassional problems with some tenants who are not respectful, but the management always addresses complaints. The tenants who cause problems do not usually last long in our housing community.
