Hey everyone interested in this place, I've lived here for over six months and have found it a great place to live. The surrounding areas are convenient, you're only 30 min from the city,good schools closeby, one exit away from shopping outlets,the Four Seasons Resort, golf clubs,beautiful parks a few blocks away, Legoland is two exits away and best of all,it's only blocks from the beach!Plus the weather is great too, other parts of SD can be a bit hot but it's perfect here, sunny with the cool ocean breeze.
The customer service is excellent and the friendly staff here are very professional. Whenever we've had a maintenance request, they're their as soon as possible within five minutes to a few hours after I call. They have always helped us with any problems on the same day.
The apartment community is gorgeous,it's very clean, and quiet even if there are lots of residents here, you'd never know it, we have swim pools, hot tubs, barbeques,kids playground, fitness center, tennis courts,etc.
This place is great,if you're just transitioning before a move to a more permanent place or this is it for awhile, I highly recommmend it. The houses in this area sell in the 500k range and you still get the area without the huge cost. The rents here a very reasonable for the area with all the amenities. Plus they have a $100 off rent if you turn rent in before due date and your name is drawn.It's worth the try. Plus it's pretty easy to get an apartment here and they have specials on move in fees all the time. It was only rent plus $199 to move in for us.
The only downside I could say is that we're right next to the Batiquitos Lagoon. It's a pretty area but there is wildlife out sometimes at night. Nothing to be alarmed of, it's just not what you'd expect in the suburbs.We see rabbits,coyotes on rare occasions but only very late at night when nobody's outside but it's kinda neat in a way.
Best of luck to you in your search, this place is at least most definetly worth checking out! I'm pretty sure you'll love it if you move here but it all depends what you're looking for.

well tomorrow i am checking out the place and one of the apartments, i have read many bad reviews but yours is convincing. i really do hope this is a nice place, it would be extremely convenient for me and my family. I'm intending to move in January, i hope your reviews are correct.
