The management is a bunch of LIARS!!
While renewal 5 different people will negotiate different rates and in the end they send you a letter with totally different rate which is much much higher.
Whatever they say when you are talking to them please take it in writing.
They gave me one rate in verbal and then raised it by $100 when they sent me the official letter. They dont treat you well and talk as if they are doing obligation by letting you rent the apartment.
Even while move-in they will tell you that the appliances and carpet are new but its not true. So make sure if you ever have to rent the apartment here take everything in writing!!
The rates are anyways much much higher than it deserves. The pool and so called "SPA" is always dirty and unusuable The maintenance staff is good though.
Some outside people are always snooping in the dumpsters at night and the management doesnt do anything about it. Asks the resident to confront that person!!
Constants thefts from the Laundry too!!
Please be aware I dont want people to go through what I did.

I would have to disagree with the office staff being liars. They have been nothing but friendly and helpful to me. Before my lease was up, I went into the office and asked them if they had any idea of how much my renewal rates would be. They told me I would receive a letter within 60 days from when my lease expires. When I received the letter that's when I went into the office and asked them questions.

I just recently moved in and encountered the garbage rummagers on my second day here. I hope they went through my garbage because there was alot of cat waste in there. I wonder what they want with my bags of garbage. Note to self- buy a paper shredder, because it is no fun when someone steals your identity.
