Glad I'm not there anymore From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The parking and proximity to the ocean were good; the high rents were bad. Of course because of the location, and rent price, we started getting three and four roomate renetrs next to us. That wiped out the good parking in our area and ended up keeping us awake and nervous about our own vehicles due to the beer bottle tossing, drunken staggering folks, kids whipping around... you name it. We gave notice and relocated to another Archstone community in another county. Glad we are not at an Archstone of any kind anymore.
