I lived there last year and I loved it! The location was amazing, you could walk to the beach and the Village, the apartments are huge, FULL SIZE washer and dryer in every unit more than one assigned parking spot inside the gates. The thing I liked the most about Dolphin Beach was the sense of community. everyone looked out for each other, people babysit for each other, watched your apartment if you went away, all the kids played with each other on weekends. It was like having an extended family. The manager Darlene and her husband were great too. I had serious roommate issues and Darlene bent over backwards to make sure that I would not be at fault for things I did not do. She made sure she followed the correct legal procedure but also made sure I was not responsible for a crazy roommate's mistakes. If it was not for her I might have had and eviction on my record for a roommate who would refused to release me from the lease. Overall I had a great experience there. Some of my best friends still live at Dolphin Beach. I only left for obvious reasons. I would move back in a heartbeat, but they are all 3 bedrooms and I am not about to live with a roommate again after my horrible experience with my last roomie! All in all, I would reccomed Dolphin Beach to anyone! It was a great place to live.
