Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Pretty much everything about Laguna Terrace apartments are horrible except for that they are two story which is rare. Management is HORRIBLE. They are rude and nosy. The apartments are falling apartment and right now they are renovating. It has taken at least 4 months for NOTHING to happen except they have pulled out everything living piece of nature and have had drills and saws going even on the weekends. I hate it here.
