We just moved into these apartments a month ago and we are VERY happy with our apartment, the service we've received, and the warm people that work in the office. They have been very welcoming of us and our dog and are the speed bumps are being removed next week. The apartments are brand new, and beautiful. We would definitely recommend living here. We have never seen homeless people but this is something that could be a threat anywhere you live in this area.

Speed bumps are still there and as obnoxious as ever...Sounds like a shill review to me.
