apartments are nice, but you can hear absolutely everything! And I mean everything, from your upstairs neighbors going at it til all hours of the night, to the details of someone outside's conversations.

If you live beneath someone, don't plan on peace and quiet.

Also, plan on a rent increase after your lease is up, but don't count on the office staff telling you how much it will be until you already need to sign a new one! The speedbumps are ridiculous, contruction is somewhat shoddy, poor insulation..all for a really expensive price tag.

They're decent apartments, with a nice design, but make sure you look around to get the most for your money; everyone's experiences are different and you may or may not feel like you get that here.

OH..and the pent rent is ridiculous.

I actually feel that the soundproofing is a little better than some other places. I think some of the interior development units get more echo. The speedbumps are still there, and they keep telling us they will be taken out...I also agree that the pet rent is too high.
