Recently moved in from a nightmare of a complex and this place is heaven.
The speed bumps are gone, there is never a lack of parking (and the actual spots are pretty big, you can comfortably park next to a full size SUV and not ding your doors).
Contrary to an earlier post it is a VERY quiet place.
It is set off of the main roads and you can sleep with your windows open not having to listen to traffic.
People have been very friendly and the office staff very helpful.
This place is really pet friendly and our puppy has already met several other nice dogs in the neighborhood.
Floor plans are spacious and there is tons of storage.
Location is very central to lots of shopping and dining; very convenient for people with an active life style.
The ONLY thing that could be better are the seals around some of the doors and windows but it isn't so bad that we would leave over it.
