Not as good as JPI Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/21/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I've been living here since Summer 2001 and the previous mgmt were very customer friendly. The new mgt, Metric treat you as though they are YOU a favor. Noise is a serious problem especially when someone is taking a bath, the pipes sound so loud. It can wake you up in the mornings. Insallation is poor, my apartment is either very hot or ver cold. The leasing contract are very inflexible it's either month-to-month or 14month lease. Which is ridiculous! I've personally had appliances break down and had several trips to 'patch' it up and it's still broken. For what you pay a month, you should get better service.
