My husband and I moved in to Mirabella in early 2003 from a large home in Orange County. We are very happy with our choice to live here @ Mirabella. We chose a 3 bedroom unit, which puts us on the 2nd floor with a 3rd floor master bedroom loft. This location choice was on purpose to escape as much inherent apartment bldg noise as possible. While I do hear water pipes in the morning it is not any worse (actually better) than my home was. We love the inside hallways that make it feel like a private resort. My bldg has always been kept swept and the carpet vacuumed. The amount of open parking is fantastic. The two maintenance requests I have had were taken care within 12 hours of my call. The staff has been very friendly and helpful with community service questions (since I am not from this county). I can't imagine any responsible adult being unhappy here. While I am not a fan of monthly pet rent it will not deterr me from renewing my lease.
