Was able to get into apartment quite quickly. Parking was very close to front door. Very clean apartment and nice appliances, plenty of phone & cable jacks, nicer than most apartments in the area. Also great that it has full size washer & dryer, large exercise room. Negatives are thin walls, balcony overlooked another one quite closely so never felt comfortable on balcony, very pricy for such a small square footage. Main problem I encountered was phone shorting out and they had to rewire my phone line. It was note a phone service issue, it was the apartment that had a wiring problem. Overall nice place, and would live there again.
