The grounds are filthy from dogs. They should not be allowed at this property. The sidewalks and parking areas are stained by dogs.
The few grassy areas are unusable for the same reason.

Perhaps you shouldn't live at a dog community if you're concerned about dog messes. I own a dog and it's hard enough to find a place that takes them...not all dog owners are responsible like I am at picking up after their dog, but if you don't want to deal with that, don't blame the management, it's the dog owners you should be mad at.
