I live on the first floor and can hear everything!!!! From every foot step to the toilet flushing. I have to blast my t.v. and radio just so I don't go crazy. I have never lived in a place that was so poorly constructed. Not only are the walls paper thin, but everywhere I walk outside there is dog poop. There are lots of dogs that live here. There is not enough employees to keep up with the maintenance of the buildings. The staff here lose all of the paperwork I give them and have to give them things twice. This place is way overpriced for what you get. The only plus is the nice area.

Funny, I just read this EXACT same comment for Archstone Pacific View - literally- word for word. Are you a fraud, a copycat, or just plain stupid?
Check other reviews folks. I live at APV and hate it so I was hoping to find something useful at Mirabella.... theis person is a joke.
