Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived there from 2004 to 2005. You all talk about the negatives of the place. Well here are some positives that was been done while I was living there.. They installed NEW gas grills, NEW pool furniture, redid the landscape around the pool area and had the pool and spa resurfaced. The maintenance staff was great while I was there. The office staff was great as well until the spring of '05. When I left I remember that the maintenance staff was loosing a full time person. Not sure if the ever replaced that person or not. Since there seems tp be a shortage of staff there will be some hick ups. Give them a break they're probably doing the best the can with what they have. Over all Mirabella was a BEAUTIFUL place to live.
