For those of you who gave this place a bad rating should be ashamed of yourselves. We just moved in here and are in shock about how nice it is. The staff has been nothing but as helpful as can be and always greet us as part of their community family. I have NEVER felt so welcome anywhere (and I have lived in many places over the years). The apartment has new and high quality carpet, NEW appliances, new paint, THREE stories (for the 3 bedrooms) with an attached and direct accessed garage. The community is kept so clean and Alex (the maintenance guy) is always around and willing to help with ANY problem immediately. Kevin (at the front desk in the office) worked very hard with me from 'afar' to get our family this apartment. Also, they are providing us a huge 42 inch plasma tv, brand new, for above our fireplace (we moved in at a slow time so it was a special promotion to get the tv from them...and no we can't take the tv with us when we move but it's for our apartment the entire time we'll live there
!!). They also allow pets too. Oh, and there is a NEW PARK down the street for my young son and basketball for my older son. There is shopping right around the corner, all new looking, and the area is expensive and breathtaking....with ocean view on some streets going west. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone who can afford such a high quality and luxurious place. Oh, one last thing, we named our new cat MIRABELLA (the name of these apartments, hehe).
