nice place but costly

Nice place to live. Clean and tidy. It can be noisy but ... com'on all the places are noisy.
You just have to be lucky with your neighbors but, if you can, don't live on the first floor.
It's quite expensive but not that much.
The bad:
the media room is crap !! it's unusable.
managment, not very helpful but nice. They always smail :)
They will charge you A LOT when you move out. The charged me $600 for 'partially' painting, cleaning the carpet and $50 to remove my trash.
My trash was couple of nice boxes I thought they could like and I didn't want to toss out and the apartment was in perfect condition.
The good:
parking space
gym
location
I paid $3000/mo all bills included for 6 months lease.
