No one disclosed to us that we would be by a noisy boiler room, and that there had been other complaints. The neighbor above us had to get an attorney trying to get them to fix the noise for a year. When asked to transfer to another apartment it was a big to do show. In which the end result would have cost us an arm and leg, which of course was not disclosed till we went to sign the papers. Now we are stuck for a year with noise that keeps us up all night and they have done nothing! You would think that there is some sort of law protecting renters and making them disclose this information to renters. Office staff highly useless! Would not recommend renting here.
