My wife and I moved here from Boston in August and have really enjoyed it. The location is amazing! Walk out the front door and check if there's surf.

We have one of the lower back apartments, so we have a great view of the lagoon and a deck. I would say it could only be better if you had an upper back apartment with more view of the ocean.

Don't let the ugly exterior of the place turn you off, it is fine on the inside. If it was up to me, we would stay here for years, but my wife wants a house, so we will only be here for about a year. Another major benefit is that you can walk down the beach to the restaurants in the village! When we moved to CA, this is exactly what we were hoping for. It has been great here!
