Great Place to Live From: carlsbadcruiser Date posted: 6/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   These apartment are a great place to live. Outdoor areas are well lit. Parking is good, each apartment gets 1 covered spot and one uncovered spot. There is additional parking on the street. Manager is great to deal with, in the rare event that something happens to break, as soon as he knows about it he fixes it. Apartments and grounds are well cared for and look very nice. Utilities are low. The only negative I can even think of is that it is near the freeway and you can hear it when the windows are open, other than that it is a very quiet complex. Nice quiet safe neighborhood.
