Great location & close to everything, especially freeways. The size of the rooms are great and it's great having washers & dryers inside the apartments. Maintanence could be much better in regards to replacing things when the get old, worn out and damaged (i.e., blinds, flooring and repairs to cabinetry). The noise from upstairs neighbors can be untollerable & very loud not voices but foot steps, running, and pounding. At times parking can be a problem, but management has tried to make the best with what they have to work with. A rating of management's overall performance - 6 of 10; attitude 4 of 10 (one inparticular can be unpleasant to put it nicely).
