Good place to live, considering price and area

I live on the bottom floor. You can hear people when they walk around upstairs; however, our upstairs neighbors only walk around in the morning and evenings. If you have the TV or radio on, you don't hear the footsteps.
The rooms are a good size and everything was clean when we got the apartment. It isn't the best layout. (We lived in a 2br 2ba apt. in Northern California that had the best layout.) I live here with husband and child and we have room for everything.
I work from home and I work comfortably. It's always quiet.
It's close to *EVERYTHING* so I am hesitant to move.
I wouldn't call it luxury living, but it is great living. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
