Rising Glen Apartments

Very Rundown and noisy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/25/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Would not recommend moving in here. Apartment was so rundown when we moved in....carpet was wrecked...kitchen needed major upgrades, Needed new windows. Apartment was along Carlsbad Village Dr. very noisy, from the cars passing by and sirens from cop cars !!! They say luxury apartments...maybe in the 80's when they were built! Not enough visitor parking. We had mice and rats under our stairs. Overall unsatisfied with apartments.
