Rising Glen Apartments

love it here! From: carlsbadcool Date posted: 6/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   This is a great place to live. I have been here for 2 years. It is close to the beaches (but not too close) and the new manager, Brenda, is great! Parking can be tight, but where in Southern California is parking not an issue' I think now that they've redone the parking, there is alot more space. Just got a note that they are going to have a party at the pool with a band. How cool!
