not terrible, but not that good

Been living here a few months now and not all that satisified with the townhome for the price. When we moved in 4 light bulbs were burned out and we were told they would be replaced. When it did not happen I replaced them myself. After replacing some they still didn't work and one burnt out in a couple days. I think there are some serious wiring problems (at least with my unit) and I asked managment to fix the light sockets that weren't working at all. Its been a couple weeks and still no reponse at all. The Oven also doesn't seem to cook properly and needs to be replaced but since I'm moving in a few months I probably won't even bother asking. The rest of the apartment is fine mechincally. The washer and dryer work fine and it is nice having one in the unit.
They layout of the 2 bedroom townhome is terrible. I should have noticed how bad it was before moving in, but was in a bit of a pinch to find a place. No bathroom or closet upstairs where the kitchen and dining room gets annoying real fast. The fireplace really just gets in the way of being able to have a livable setup.
This place is definately not the worst, but I won't be renewing my lease. Also water and garbage is not included in the price of the apartment. Parking is also pretty iffy. If you get home before 6 it isn't horrible, but after 6 if you have company coming over good luck with them finding anywhere to park.
