I really liked this place at first... great floorplan, and affordable. I liked the location as well. But since the signing of my first 9 month lease they changed the parking policy once, and since the signing of the second 9 month lease they've changed it again. There is some awful rule of visitor parking where the apartment has one pass for one visitor, who can only be there for two days out of the week. So what about my roommate and I who each have boyfriends who may be around a few hours every day' They now have to park across the street or we have to run out a parking pass to them' Who's idea was that' Is there a renter's satisfaction survey that they use at all' Oh, and the other thing is it's ugly now... they added bars to all railings I guess to make them safer, but they never painted. We had to take our christmas lights off the balcony before Christmas, and never put them up again because they still haven't re-painted and its ugly!
