By mistake, when I was moving back to California, I took the first thing that I could in the immediate area. It was fine for the first few weeks. I was promised I would be assured peace and quiet. Well, now there must be elephants living upstairs because it sounds like they're parading around. STOMP, STOMP, STOMP. It is an example of how this "Luxury" apartment is constructed. I can hear the remote drop on the floor, it's ridiculous. The front office is no help. The gym equipment in the fitness center is from the 80's. They did make an improvement though, they added fake plants. Can Rising Glen get some better equipment' They must have bought the appliances at the same time. My refridgerator has rust on it, that was painted over. It is terrible, do not rent here, unless your an elephant who likes to smoke pot and cigarettes on their balcony.

I rented from this dive years ago, and it was horrible then! I can't imagine the level of nasty it must be in now! Are they still charging top dollar for "luxury" ghetto living????
