I thought this place was great compared to my last place near by. I have two cats and needed to find a new place that allows cats and rent is still reasonable. So I founf this place and I decided to rent this 2bd/2ba with a washer and dryer in the unit. I moved in with my boyfriend and the day we signed the lease they said our washer and sryer would arrive by end of week, never happend, so I call management and ask when, they then said oh about another week. Now we are in the new place for two weeks and still no washer and dryer, not to mention out fridge is is over freezing. So I call about that and the maintenance guy cam eout the next day to only leave in five mins after he arrived, no word, so I call again and they said they would be replacing our fridge. They did but no washer and dryer and this is 4 weeks into my first month. I finally got my washer and dryer and tried to use it one friday but after checking on my load the apartment was flooded, so they gave me a broken unit or didn't hook-up the unit properly. Another two weeks went by and just today they gave me my "new" washer and dryer. It looks like the same one and I bet you this one wont work. I recommend not taking the washer and dryer and buying your own or use one with a rental company. I'm not sure if I want to renew my 12 month lease. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
