Beautiful, near beach, but some problems.

The complex is beautiful, a quick walk to the beach, dining, and shopping. Tenants are nice and feels safe.
The plumbing is very old and occasionally breaks and floods the apartments. Within a year it flooded my apartment 3 times, and a neighbor lost almost everything including the new sofa, TV and some other furniture. NOT GOOD.
The maintenance man is a peeping tom, and leaves behind a mess when he finally gets to your repair. He broke something of mine.
