Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
The good: fantastic location, nice looking, quiet, allows large pets.
The bad: the -------- is a psycho, the -------- is a creep, a registered sex offender lives in the complex, parking is bad (you get one tiny spot and then street parking...good luck), tiny (1 bedroom is 500 sq feet at most).
The only way I would reccommend this place is if you REALLY want to be near the beach or you have a large dog and can't find anything else.
