Awesome location for beach and downtown, One bedroom is Very Tiny and stressfull for 2 people. Beautifull Complex and Very Friendly Social Atmotshpere. Can be loud at times due to weekend downtown beach life shared by many tenants, and the train; Oh my god the train! You get used to it after a while. Privacy is not great but is respected and is always being improved upon request. Manager is Super Sweet; always a smile, non judgemental, and very accomidating. Maintenance man who was "creepy & messy" is long gone and new maintenance man is friendly, professional, timely, and demonstrates high quality in his work. Improvements always under way and suggestions are always welcomed. Parking is lacking but usually never more than 1 block away for additional vehicles (1 car space per bedroom). Nice pool but not heated for winter months (I've been told it's comming). Rent is a little high for location but preserves a level of responsible and classy tenants; mostly younger professsionals who enjoy a lively community. Pet friendly as long as no barking. Laundry is expensive! $11 for 4 loads. Grounds are very well kept and lots of vegitation and nice landscaping. Very Nice compared to neiboring apartments. Overall Satisfied and Still a Happy Tenant.
