I have lived here for about three years, and I love it! Everyone here is very friendly, the manager is great, and the maintance man gets things done when you need them done. The location is amazing, one block from the beach, and downtown! Yes it does suck not having a washer and dryer, but everyone but maybe once i have beenable to do all of my laundry at once. I would reccomend it to anyone!
