Horrible landlord and lots of vermin

I was deployed and my wife moved from our old place to this one. When I got home all I dealt with was Spiders, mice, moths, and dirty, noisy neighbors, and a landlord that could care less. They dont care about your children. I found this out when I tried to get a speed limit sign posted for the children at play since people think the complex is a speedway. Dont move here. The landlord Dodie doesnt care. The owner Jim Millinger doesnt care. And also you have to pay group water bill rates. What that means is no matter how much conservation you apply, the surronding neighbors might not give a rats butt so you stuck with a high water bill. Oh yeah, lots of snails. I mean lots of snails. There is construction nearby so all the bugs are heading this way. There is also a large population of brown ruclus spiders here. What does this mean. This is bad if one of your children gets bite by one of these. I mean real bad. Adults can survive with just having to get that part that was bite cut out. Kids on the other hand.....you get the pic. The good thing is the water sprinkler system works really good. Too good. Theres nothing like going to work in the morning and getting zapped at 4:00am with nice cold water. Oh yes...there is also no central air here. And dont let the landlord give you that crap about it being a cool area at night. Uh uh. Doesnt matter how many fans you got. And dont even think about buying an AC unit. The way the windows are designed wont allow it. Oh yeah no red curtains either ladies. Have to be solid white or neutral in color. Just ask some of the neighbors that live here. This place is a trap. The rent was $1,180 a month because of a special they ran. Its really $1,400 a month.
