New appliances, fairly quiet

Just moved in, picked SFR over other places because the facilities seemed better than other ones in the area. Mirabella is beautiful but the units are smaller/pricier.

I haven't encountered vermin or bugs yet, hope that doesn't happen. So far it's been pretty smooth sailing and the neighborhood is decent. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
