This is the smallest one bedroom you may ever live in. I am pretty sure the small patio is included in the square footage. The carports are small and after a month of living here the neighbor side swiped my brand new car while trying to park. There is a blinding light over our carport (that makes it very difficult to park at night) which we have tried to have fixed numerous times but nothing has been done about it. The places are poorly cleaned. The place we moved into smells like an ash tray. When we told the management about the foul smell they said they would give us a deodorizer but could not clean the carpets again, all this while knowing we have a new baby. I love Carlsbad but these apartments are not worth the high price. So, keep looking try another place, I wish I would have.
