If it weren't for the frequent break-ins to cars on the street, the unfriendly office staff, and the neighbors that appear to have no jobs and are not only rude but all smoke so that we cannot open our windows for fresh air, this might be a nice place to live. I can't believe we lived there for so long!

Some of the neighbors probably don't work because they are section 8 or low income. Plus, hiring undocumented migrant day laborers can bring crime to the area. They hang out near the office/pool area in the mornings.
