It is relatively inexpensive for the area. It is quiet and the pets are cared for well by the owners. In other words, people clean up after themselves. I didnt think anyone could complain about a parking spot. What do you want' Valet' Our apartment building is quiet and the neighbors, though not Texas friendly, are nice and keep to themselves. In other words, we feel like we have some privacy! Ive lived here with my wife and two dogs for the past 4 months and this place beats anything I'd find in Oceanside or gangsta Fallbrook. If you are looking for a quiet, reliable place to stay for a while, talk to the "mean" staff here and they will take care of you. Did you pick up the sarcasm'
