This property manager and leasing staff are masquerading as competent and the real joke is the ongoing problems with maintenance. Carports are small and parking is limited, unless you are one of the big RV's that they seem to allow along the street in front of the complex. Be prepared to be blamed for anything that goes wrong and plan on things going wrong. If you filled out anything that is going to give you a rental credit, make sure you print it out. As soon as you become eligible for a rent credit or rebate, they change the rules on you or tell you that you said you were referred by a source that gives you a lesser credit.

Be prepared for the staffing police to patrol the area and tell you not to leave a bag of trash in front of your apartment or an extra chair on your patio, but forget them dealing with the poor plumbing, heating, pipes, inconsistent hot water, moisture intrusion, etc. The utilities bills you are forced to pay for the whole complex include their insisting on overwatering and irrigating the property, not to mention their constant ground issues, plumbing, heating and maintenance upkeep services that increase the cost of the utilities that the bill you for.

Check your apartment carefully and make sure that they are charging you what they are advertising and don't get roped into extra deposits or fees.
