This place looks nice from the outside of the gates but the place should be demolished. Save your money.

Too vague to be actionable; So many people live here, many of us for years. Now if you said somethings about a lack of soundproofing or central air and heat your rating might be worth something. But the walls aren't crumbling and they keep up with maintaniance so what really is your call to "demolish" all about?

The place is a dump, I live there and completely hate it. It is supposed to be a luxury apartment, it is more like a ghetto apartment. This complex should be in National City not North County.

Also, the buildings are just plain old. The fireplaces do not meet building
code requirements and the apartments are too small...like little old hotel rooms. Fleas are a serious problem too. Maintenance, landscaping, & management, they all suck! So, demolish the place already!!!
