Actually, the maintenance crew is running the show. They are the only competents at this establishmen (we lived there for 4 years). The office staff are another story. Clueless, period. The apartments need a face lift, for example, new sinks, new cabinets, new sink tops in the bathroom, new toilets (stains, stains, stains). Yes, and the apartments have little light. They install the cheapest carpet on earth, so after a few months, they are dirty and can't be cleaned properly. But the landscape is nice and the pools clean.

How much bribe money did the maintenance crew pay you to say nice things about them? The landscapers completely ignored my area. The bushes were nearly all dried up. When I mentioned something, the maintenance crew told me to pay them a little extra bribe money to have them do the job they were suppose to be doing in the firt place. You are right about one thing, though, the maintenance guys are running the show!

The apartments are a total dump and I believe it is due to the maintenance crew. Most of the crew are day laborers who don't know from one day to the next if they are working there. So, why should they care what their work looks like. The counter tops are stained and cracked. Baseboards have splotches of paint all over them. There are small holes along the baseboards. The sinks all smell like the sewer. The apartments have a horrible plumbing system. The kitchen cabinents are very, very old. dinging, and cracking. These are supposed to be "Luxury" apartments??? That is a joke, we live in La Costa not Mexico.
