well i have to say about those reviews is wtf' i've only lived here for about a month now but im from Colorado and know nothing about california. But what i do know is compared to all the other places me and my husband looked at this place is the best apartment we looked at! Its safe, quite, the neighbors are friendly they have security that patrols the area and the apartments are very nice and CLEAN they get tons of light because you have a huge patio door in your living room and you can open and you can adjust the blinds to how much light you want to come in. Those reviews make it seem like your living in the batcave and thats just not the case. My husband is in the military and hes been gone for about a month now and ive had NO problems with creepers or my male neighbors who are very nice guys, very quite.
Considering the apartments were built in the 80's they've been kept up very well. The decor of the apartment is a little out dated but if you want a brand new condo i suggest you move too San Diego. But if your looking for a nice reasonably priced place to live then theres nothing wrong with living here. I have met a neighbor on section 8 here but its her and her 13 year old son. She works and goes to school. I mean is this world still in a place where we have to keep the "ghetto" hood rats out of the nicer white communities to keep them pure' wtf'''
Parking is never an issue ive had friends over and they just park where they need too. The pools are clean free tennis lessons on saturdays, as far as leaving things on ur porch goes you have a washer and a dryer in the unit! why the hell do you feel the need to put towels on your patio is beyond me and why you feel its an issue is beyond me as well. The people in the leasing office are VERY helpful and very kind.
I love this place being a young women living here alone at the moment. Oh and theres a huge freakin shopping center down the road so you dont need to make long trips to the grocery store. if your a health food nut like me they have an all natural grocery store down the hill from these apartments. SO in conclusion i highly recommend this place.
