We had a great experience at SeaGate. The office personnel were accomodating and we personally developed a great relationship with them. They took great care in trying to make their tenants happy. They also provided free monthly brunches to meet residents, which created a community environment.
We loved our view of the ocean and felt safe in the complex. Some ammenities included a great pool, computer lab, and free coffee and great cookies everyday!
We would have stayed longer but had a job relocation.
