This place is a nightmare! We've been without a dishwasher for 3 weeks, the garbage disposal broke and backed up the sink yesterday. Today the toilet upstairs overflowed and dripped disgusting toilet water all over our belongings downstairs. There is evidence of a prior leak, in fact the floor downstairs has separated wood, and the ceiling has had a bad repair job. When we moved in, we had the bathroom cabinet siding replaced because of the prior water damage. Oh, they want your rent... to buy the most inexpensive, low-quality appliances! In fact the appliances are made by companies we've never even heard of. The really great part is that their bank made an error (transposed the routing number) while processing our rent check. We were treated like dead-beats and threatened with eviction. We had to get our bank to do the research even though the check never even touched our bank. Even after we showed them the error, they didn't apologize. They tried to get OUR bank to admit the error was due to insufficient funds... We can't wait to get out of here and will tell anyone who is looking for a place to live, not to rent from here. Oh yeah, they say 'condominium', but they are just poorly managed, low-grade apartments, rented under the pretense of 'quality'. All you pay for here is the ocean view.
